Starting at 135kg, he’s now down to 110kg.
Enterprise Fitness Coach Josh devised a smart training and nutrition programme to get the weight off.
They built up Damian’s food intake whilst he was losing weight. Once the numbers stopped shifting, the calories were gradually reduced.
Damian’s training first focused on the basic fundamental movements, before he progressed to the heavy stuff.
As the week’s progressed, the intensity increased for extra fat loss.
