I want to spread the message that becoming more aware of yourself, through movement, nourishment and mindfulness, is the key to a happier life.
I want to guide you to put your priority of aesthetics aside, and see that as a bi-product to understanding yourself better as a human. I want to teach you the importance of movement and nourishment to develop into a better version of yourself.
Although our culture teaches us one way of treating our bodies, it’s not necessarily the most beneficial towards a happier and healthier life.

Back when I was a competitor swimmer, I was once ranked 1st in the UK in 400m Freestyle in my age group
