It’s been a bumpy road for most Melburnians keeping their health and fitness on track — and that’s exactly why we’ve created our 4 week Yosemite program.
You might have heard about us by name, or surfed the pages on our website and seen so many amazing transformations. We’ve become known for results. But the thing is, results can often look different to different people. While our traditional 12 and 36-week programs really focus on a complete health and aesthetic, we realise that committing to your health for that long can feel daunting, and that’s exactly where our Yosemite program fits in.
Jumpstart is a four-week program to get your health, fitness and body on track. Sure, you might lose a couple of kilos, but that’s not the focus. The focus is you learn behaviours and habits that you’re able to carry with you for the next 12 weeks, 12 months and 12 years — behaviours which over time, might not seem like much, but compounded, help you stay on track with your health and fitness. More importantly, teach you the fundamentals of weight training so you can feel confident coming weight training.

- 4-Week Weight Training Program
Printed in a nice new clipboard so you know exactly what you’re suppose to be doing when you hit the gym
- 9, 13 or 17 one on one sessions You’ll be training with one of our industry-leading Enterprise Fitness Trainers. In these sessions, our trainer will guide you every step of the way to make sure you have a great workout — AND learn the confidence to continue doing it on your own.
- Support And Accountability
3 keys to success – training, nutrition and accountability. We operate by appointment – and there will be someone calling you If you don’t show up!
- No Commerical Gym Noise
All our one to one personal training sessions take place from our 100% private, appointment only personal training studio. This means you won’t have to deal with gym ‘noise’ during your time with us!
- The Right Advice How much is the right advice actually worth? I’ll tell you – it’s worth a lot more than most people pay because it saves you the time, effort and money you would have wasted with the wrong advice.

"Numbers don’t Reflect Body Composition"
Before photo: 63.5kg (of which 57kg measured as lean mass) After photo: 61.5kg (of which 58.1kg measured as lean mass). That’s a small change of 2kg in weight, 4.8% body fat loss, and a lean mass increase of just 1.1kg. In the before photo, Carol was running ridiculous miles a week, eating way too little for her energy expenditure, and her body was screaming for a rest. But, her mindset was ‘cardio = fat burn’’. Vince came to Enterprise Fitness because he wanted to get serious about training and have the body to show for it. Vince was also no stranger to the gym and has been training his whole life.
