Watch our team make the most efficient Tupperware friendly meals in under an hour – 40 minutes to be exact.
All you need is oil, your choice of meat (we are using chicken in this episode), jasmine rice, a stock cube, and mixed frozen veggies, plus a dressing, herbs and seasoning of your choice. Let’s not forget, a stove, oven and plenty of Tupperware!
For 6 meals, the team used the following ingredients, and this is based on Reece’s macro and caloric requirements:
- 1.2kg raw chicken breast
- 525g uncooked jasmine rice
- 15ml olive oil
- 15ml apple cider vinegar
- Fresh Parsley, oregano and rosemary
- Paprika, salt and pepper
- Mixed Frozen veggies
