Becoming Fitter and Stronger
Clare came to Enterprise Fitness wanting to get stronger and be fitter. She has been training with Enterprise for over a year, and after many months of training and consistently sticking to her diet, she achieved her results!

- Lean mass: 42.8kg > 47.1kg (Gained 4.3kg lean mass)

Training with Enterprise Fitness and Tyrone has been the best experience I could’ve ever imagined. Before I started training, the majority of my workouts consisted of the same few exercises and I never progressed my weights each week so I never really saw any changes. When I started I had been on a vegan diet for a few years and my body felt weak and tired because I wasn’t eating from the right food groups so I decided I wanted to get help from a professional who knew the ins and outs of training and nutrition and Enterprise and Tyrone was everything I could’ve wanted.
Each session I’m constantly learning more, whilst being pushed to my absolute limit. They’ve taught me the importance of progressive overload, form and having the right diet to support my workouts and fuel my body. Now my mindset around food and fitness has completely changed, and instead of constantly being tired and dreading my training, it’s now essential in my everyday life. I now feel like a completely different person, I feel so much stronger and have so much energy each day. I’m forever grateful for having such an amazing trainer and everything the team has done for me!
