We caught up with Carmela and coach, Carla to train legs just a week before she went on stage at the INBA Melbourne Titles and won 1st place in Figure First Timers!
Carmela began her journey with Enterprise Fitness at the end of 2015 and walked on stage only 4 months later already looking like a winner!
Program

A1 Back Squats x 10
A2 Leg Curl (Planta Flexed) x 10
B1 Alternating DB Lunges x 10 (each leg)
