I fly in from Mildura every week to train at Enterprise. If you think thatโs too much, read onโฆ
Coming from a background in Crossfit, Iโve never had one-on-one personal training sessions, let alone someone to look after my nutrition, supplementation and overall lifestyle.
Having competed in the Australian Open and ranking amongst the top 5, I was training harder and heavier than ever, but I was always sore and tired. I wasnโt recovering properly and because of that, I felt like I wasnโt making any progress. If anything, I felt like I was going backwards!

Thatโs when I stumbled upon the Enterprise Fitness YouTube page.
Watching Markโs informational videos on training and especially nutrition, I started to question everything that I thought was โhealthyโ.
So I made the decision to switch from Crossfit to training at Enterprise.
Due to my previous training experience, I was paired with 4x Ms Australia, Janet Kane, as my coach. Within the first two sessions, she worked out everything that was wrong with my training and nutrition, and what needed to change.
Going back to the basics, we focused on correcting my structural imbalances and improving my mobility.

I learn at least one new thing every time I step into Enterprise. They know how to get the most out of me each training session โ whether it be changes to tempo, training volume, movement tweaksโฆ
Although I donโt train as heavy as I used to, my body composition has completely changed within the past 3 weeks.
This has everything to do with changing my diet. By focusing on the correct ratios of proteins, fats and carbs, Iโm eating twice as much as I used to, and fuelling my body properly to perform and recover adequately.
Iโm completely blown away by the results that Iโve achieved over the past few weeks with Enterprise.
At first, I was hesitant to set a goal when I started at Enterprise, but knowing how much I can achieve and with 4x Ms Australia as my coach, I just might enter my first every bodybuilding show.
I canโt wait to see what the future holds!
