My love of being physically fit started at a young age where I hompeted as a gymnast in the U.K. Training three to five times a week as young as the age of 5, instilled a very disciplined approach to ‘if you want something you have to work for it’. Following my passion for all things physical; I trained as a Health and Physical Education teacher and once graduated decided to take up running more seriously! Yep, I was that runner. The one that became obsessed with long distance runs! So with 4 marathons under my belt, numerous half marathons, I was that skinny no shape chick. It was then that I was influenced by what I was seeing in social media. I wanted that more toned, healthy look, so I began to lift weights!
Having seen Janet Kane on Facebook and reading about her journey I was keen to find out more about her coach and the gym Enterprise Fitness. Having recently competed in INBA fitness model division in 2014, I was keen to improve and compete again. That’s when I became interested in Enterprises ‘Training the Female Competitor’. I wanted to learn more about the industry and about my body.
This course inspired me to keep working hard and striving for a better me, to the point where I signed up there and then as an online client! Over the past year I have made several journeys down from Darwin to Enterprise and every time I learn something new. From techniques in training to nutrition and supplementation advice and along with the bio signature measurements, my progress has been continually tracked. Enterprise as challenged me, both with training and nutrition and I am very grateful for my coach’s emails and phone calls to keep me on track.
I seriously cannot recommend Enterprise Fitness and their trainers enough for anyone looking to change their body but also to have a more health centred lifestyle, Enterprise is the go to, it really is a no brainer. They all have knowledge that goes far beyond your normal Personal Trainer – these guys are educators.
