Taking his Training to the Next Level
Before coming to Enterprise Fitness, Luke had been consistently doing resistance training for many years, but had no set structure. He then came to Enterprise Fitness wanting to level up in his training and see what more he could achieve.
Here are Luke’s results at a glance:
- Weight: Lost 6kg (80.2kg to 74.2kg)
- Body fat: Lost 8.7% (17.1% to 8.4%)
- Muscle mass: Gained 2kg
Prior to starting, Luke was at 80.2kg bodyweight with 17.1% body fat, eating 2200 calories per day. Luke started training 5 days a week while having his calories increased to maintenance at 2765 calories per day. When his body adjusted to this, he was put in a calorie deficit to aid fat loss during the first 12 weeks with re-feeds, before switching into a calorie surplus of 3330 calories to focus on muscle gain.
After 4 months of structured training and dieting, Luke’s body fat dropped by a whopping 8.7%, from 17.1% down to 8.4%, lowering his bodyweight to 74.2kg. He also gained 2kg of lean mass during this process.
