Reflecting upon an amazing weekend at the Arnold’s Classic, I wanted to share what made my last comp prep with Enterprise such an amazing one!
I first came to Enterprise in 2015 after competing in 2014 with no guidance. I was becoming mentally and physically sick to the point where I was in tears most nights, and I suffered from serious binge eating habits.
My first impression of Reece was wow this guy takes his work so seriously. I think it’s the serious face he puts on all the time (LOL!)
Never did I think that that day would be so life-changing, or that I’d get on stage and be successful!
Since then, Reece has taught me so much about nutrition & training.
During my comp prep, he would wake up at 6am in the morning to review my check-in photos, readjust my training and nutrition plan, and hard back to sleep for another hour or so before he starts a busy day at Enterprise.
He has gone above and beyond and it shows just how passionate he is about the industry and his clients.
Not only have we been successful in placing 2nd at the Arnold’s Classic (and I say we because it’s a team effort in competing), but also in creating a healthy relationship with my food and mental state
Unlike most coaches, I felt like my overall health and well-being was cared for during this comp prep. I’m always given advice and wise words that gets straight to the point if I ever have doubt. There’s basically no bull shit!
I believe a coach should be approachable, knowledgeable, adaptable, but Reece is also humble, down to earth and a genuinely great bloke!
My favourite backstage memory was when Reece made me skull a bottle of maple Syrup before getting on stage 😂
So thank you for putting up with stubborn, bossy, overthinking and way too organised client like me lol
Maybe that’s why it makes us the A team!? 💪 Enterprise will always have a big place in my heart!
