You don’t NEED to intermittent fast to achieve your body goals, and if the fasting protocol is not carried out correctly, could actually be hindering you from achieving your optimal physique.
Intermittent fasting is not necessarily something we avoid doing, but it’s certainly not an approach we promote for body composition. If you find yourself interested in trying it out, just make sure you are doing it for the right reasons. Ensure it’s not a case of meal prep laziness, but you are following the protocol correctly in order to reap its health benefits.
In saying this, as research has shown, it is a proven strategy to help us on a chemical level, and is great for a bigger scale health plan.
