Years of Yo-Yo Dieting to one transformational and life-changing year!
Michelle started at Enterprise Fitness weighing 115kg and a history of yo-yo dieting under her belt.
She is a mother of 6, works full-time as a GP, and is heavily involved with her church – a very busy lady!
Her goal was to lose the weight, but in a way that was healthy and sustainable for her in the long-run. Throughout the 12 months Coach Anna has been working with Michelle, there have been numerous obstacles along the way, including the death of her mother.
They’ve worked closely together on building a health and fitness routine that would work with her lifestyle, rather than forcing her lifestyle to fit the training routine.
By monitoring steps, implementing morning walks, scheduling in time in her week to grocery shop and meal prep, and training together twice per week, Michelle has lost close to 30kg (morning weight 88kg) and has achieved a 100kg conventional deadlift from blocks.
Her ultimate goal is to achieve 70kg and maintain.
