He was always known as the ‘big guy’; 15 months ago Nathan was ready to make a change. He came to Jade weighing 109kg, and is now sitting at 92kg.
Having been overweight for a long time, his nutritional knowledge was lacking. Jade made it her priority to provide quality information on how to make sustainable choices for long term fat loss, and he has learnt a great deal.
With 17kg down already, they’re determined to hit the 80s, whilst maintaining muscle mass. Although losing fat and gaining muscle is always a difficult one, the plan is to build a little more on his upper body. Although despite Nathan’s requests, Jade isn’t allowing an arm day every day.
The biggest change is not necessarily what he looks like, which is already significant. But, with his newly found knowledge on training and nutrition, he is able to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. Nathan is able to strive towards his fitness goals, whilst having a social life.
