Should we be exploring what our ancestors ate?
Why are there SO many theories and opinions on what and how humans should eat? You don’t see a herd of elephants or a flock of birds debating around what breakfast they should have to start their day right.
So, what’s the answer?
We believe the more natural your food, the better; aim for simple whole foods, and don’t overcomplicate it.
If you want to take it one step further; take a look at your family tree. Weston A. Price revealed that your gut micro-biome reflects where your family originated from. The majority of Asians tend to be lactose intolerant, yet Scandinavians are probably the most diary tolerant race. People from Arab backgrounds can tolerate gluten very well, compared to Northern Europeans who are the most sensitive.
