Chest, Back and Shoulders Workout with Mark Ottobre, Enterprise Fitness Founder
Enterprise Fitness members and followers have been curious about what we get up to in our training. So we decided to film Enterprise Fitness Founder, Mark Ottobre, training Chest, Back and Shoulders with Marshall.
From pre-workout espresso, intra-workout electrolytes, warms-ups to the lifting.
Mark and Marshall have what we call cooperative competition. Both want to out-lift the other whilst encouraging each other at the same time.
It’s always a hard workout when you have someone to push you. As for the actual workout:
A1: Bench press
A2: Chin-ups
B1: Seated barbell shoulder press with 3 pauses
B2: One-arm dumbbell row
C1: Side lat raise (dumbbell)
C2: Rear delt raise (dumbbell)

Join Mark and benching partner, Master Coach Marshall Tan, for an upper-body workout. Mark and Marshall are quite competitive, or as they explain, collaborative-competition.
