We had been working with Andrew for some time, but he wasn’t fully engaged in his program until his fire brigade testing was complete. He was also suffering from some kidney issues, which restricted his protein intake. And to top it off, Andrew was recovering from a hamstring tear.
With our teams vast experience and expertise, Andrew was in safe hands. His training and nutrition was adapted in a way to suit his restrictions and keep his stress physical stress levels to a minimum. They went for short but effective workouts, no more than 45 minutes long, and kept his protein intake to a max of 1g protein per kg of body weight.
