With a whirlwind of lockdowns, going through gym training, garage training, home training or park training, many of our clients did not have it easy but still achieved killer transformations nonetheless. Check out some of our top transformations from this year (in no particular order, as each one of these clients worked incredibly hard towards achieving their goals)!
Cameron – Transforming His Physique in 4 Months
As a PT himself, Cameron came to Enterprise Fitness wanting to work towards a photo shoot to gain experience and use his knowledge to help his own clients. Jordyn- Achieving A Result To Be Proud Of
Jordyn came to Enterprise with a goal to compete in ICN Victoria Season B, and she did! Coming back with a 2nd in Sports Model First Timer, all the training, sweat and tears were worth it.
Esa – Dropped 9.9% body fat
With a background in powerlifting, Esa came to Enterprise Fitness looking to upgrade. In 11 short weeks, he dropped 9.9% body fat and transformed his body! After his transformation, he was leaner, had more muscle and strength and looked better with more confidence. Check out how he did it here.
Francee – Changed her lifestyle and lost 17 kilos!

Holly – From Complete Newbie to Confident Competitor

Ree – Glowing on Stage
Ree came to Enterprise with the goal to compete in ICN. And how gloriously she did, in Season B of 2021, while pushing through all the challenges of training, dieting and lockdown.
Luke – Stronger, leaner, healthier
After training by himself for many years, Luke came to Enterprise Fitness to level up and achieve even more. In the span of four months, he lost 6kg of bodyweight and gained 2kg of muscle! John – 17 weeks to fat loss
Wanting to lose fat, build muscle, be photo-shoot ready and make it on to the Enterprise wall? These were the reasons John came to train with us. In just 17 weeks, John lost 8.4kg. Jess – From Rehab to Photoshoot
Jess initially came to Enterprise Fitness to rehab a serious back injury, with a main goal being to move without pain. After making significant progress towards this goal, Jess then decided to work towards a photoshoot while continuing the rehab for her back injury. Daniel – Transformation through SIX lockdowns
When you have a goal that is strong enough, it will help you get through anything, from the discomfort in pushing yourself in the gym and uncertainty during multiple lockdowns. For Daniel, his goal was the build muscle, lose fat and ultimately become a better version of himself. And so he did, through six whole lockdowns with perseverance! Tina – Astounding Lockdown Transformation
A single mum with four kids and a full-time job, Tina was tired, running on 10 coffees and needed a change. Starting her training during lockdown, she went into 2021 feeling stronger than ever. Check out her story here to see how she did it.
Alex Chung – Smashing His Comps
After a number of months training at Enterprise and tough work, not to mention multiple lockdowns, Alex finally made it onto stage and competed at ICN Victoria, and won 2nd place in Fitness Under 23, 4th place in Fitness First Timer and 4th in Open Class 2!
Bridget – Outshining Herself
Working with diligence and persistence, Bridget achieved a breathtaking physique result and her ICN comp results reflect just that. She won a 1st place in both 40+ Fitness Model AND 40+ Sports Model. Incredible!
Frank – Hard work and consistency is the way to go

Eman – Better Physique
Eman worked hard towards changing her body, and she did so while training hard with her coach at Enterprise while adhering to all the nutrition plans. Hard work always pays off!
Amir – Getting stronger AND ridding pain
In a little over 3 months, Amir got stronger, lost over an astounding 15 kgs and even got rid of his shoulder pain – triple win! Cristiano Colla – Upgrading Both His Body and His Mind
Cristiano came into Enterprise first off as an attendee of Mark Ottobre’s 3 day internship, a PT himself wanting to expand his knowledge and now he is our latest team member! Now training with Enterprise, in 2 months, Cristiano lost nearly 2% of body fat, bringing him down to 10.4%!
Ken – Nailing every rep
He followed every nutrition plan, focused on each session, complied with every instruction. Add determination and consistency to the mix, and what do you get? Ming – Proud and Confident On Stage
With persistent hard work with his coach, Ming achieved an incredible transformation! Not only did he lose 7.6% body fat but he also placed 3rd in the recent ICN Victoria Competition Men’s Fitness under 23s!
