The All-or-None Mentality:

The idea of either devouring all the Christmas calories or committing to eat none on January 1st is a well-known dilemma. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work. It’s not sustainable, and it certainly isn’t a lifestyle. As someone who’s been there, done that, and given it a one-star review, I can attest that this approach rarely delivers the desired results.

Starting a Fitness Program During Christmas:

Contrary to popular belief, Christmas can be an excellent time to kickstart your fitness and health journey. Why? Because if you can navigate the festive season without succumbing to excuses, you’re setting the stage for long-term success. It’s about learning to dance with life’s choices, understanding that one indulgent dessert doesn’t have to derail your entire plan for the week. Embracing fitness as a lifestyle, rather than a temporary fix, is key to finding enjoyment in the journey.

Christmas may be around the corner, but it doesn’t have to disrupt your commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
